SUMMER BUNNIES HERE WE COME! TIPS TO BE IN SUPER SHAPE

Hello Dolls!
It´s Spring Season but in a blink of an eye will be in the Summer! So we have to start our bikini workout progam as soon as possible!
I confess that i´ve been so busy that for a while i couldn´t write as often here in the blog but the good thing it help me get more slimmer because i don´t have time to eat.
But you guys know that stop eating is not the solution..the natural way to get slimmer is exercise and eat food in low calories and fat. That´s the solution!
So sexy dolls, the dont´s are:

• No Frieds
• No Sodas
• No Sweet items of Snack Food (Cookies, cupcakes, donuts, etc...)
• No Fast Food!!!!!

Instead take:

• Healthy Food!!!
• Soups
• Lot´s of Water
• Bubble gum sugarfree and plain biscots (help when the body asks for sugar)
• Fruit, Salads and Vegetables

About exercise...i don´t like nothing at all of doing jogging but i love to walk, swim and rollerskating.
It ´s very important to found an exercise that you like to pratice, that way you will workout more often because you are enjoying!!!
To help your workout, music is very important. It gives you strength, energy, motivation and self confidence.

Victoria´s Secret 2011 Swim Collection; The "Pink" Party and The Angels

Last Week at Club L in Los Angeles, a pink carpet was rolled out for the launch of the Victoria´s Secret 2011 Swim Collection. The Angels, celebs and guests enjoyed the party around the sounds of DJ Solange Knowles.
