SUMMER BUNNIES HERE WE COME! TIPS TO BE IN SUPER SHAPE

Hello Dolls!
It´s Spring Season but in a blink of an eye will be in the Summer! So we have to start our bikini workout progam as soon as possible!
I confess that i´ve been so busy that for a while i couldn´t write as often here in the blog but the good thing it help me get more slimmer because i don´t have time to eat.
But you guys know that stop eating is not the solution..the natural way to get slimmer is exercise and eat food in low calories and fat. That´s the solution!
So sexy dolls, the dont´s are:

No Frieds
No Sodas
No Sweet items of Snack Food (Cookies, cupcakes, donuts, etc...)
No Fast Food!!!!!

Instead take:

Healthy Food!!!
Soups
Lot´s of Water
Bubble gum sugarfree and plain biscots (help when the body asks for sugar)
Fruit, Salads and Vegetables

About exercise...i don´t like nothing at all of doing jogging but i love to walk, swim and rollerskating.
It ´s very important to found an exercise that you like to pratice, that way you will workout more often because you are enjoying!!!
To help your workout, music is very important. It gives you strength, energy, motivation and self confidence.

Dolls, I´m so sorry for this long time without saying something...but after my trip to Angola-Luanda, I´ve been promoted @ my work!!!
