Beach Bunnies love getting dressed up when going to the beach!!

Here we are, 1 month to the Summertime! Last weekend i spend the whole day at the beach with my friends, seeing the sunset while drinking a cocktail ( caipirinha or  mojito are my favourites) and i was so happy to be there with some of my best friends, being young and silly, that i decided to take this photo specially for the blog!
With the help of my dearest Pipa that helped me with the photo montage and the flip-flops by Havaianas of my lovely gay couple friends (love you both so much)...Its Perfect!!!
In the other day i was reading a post of the famous portuguese blogger "Pipoca Mais Doce" (She is really great! Totally love her writting! have to check it out!) where she was saying that at the beach she rather to see the girls that the hot muscles of the guys..and i kind i agree with her because seeing other hot girls it help to get inspiration to improve my style, to be more beautiful and keep getting better!! And that is not just at the beach, while seated or walking on the street im constantly checking everybody style, i love to see people, clothes, accesories, FASHION!!

I´m so happy today!!! more than 12.000 persons had viewed my blog!!! For me its a very big thing because i never imagine that my fashion blog would have this impact but im so glad that it did! As soon as i arrived there i found my friend fashion designer from Angola "Projecto Mental" that he was arriving from Japan Fashion Week in Tokyo with Model Isís Abrantes.

While there i have worked in our showroom

Took a small break to chill at Mussulo with some good friends

I really loved to be there, beautiful spots, so nice people and very interesting projects like in very soon Elite Model Look Angola 2011, in june Angola Fashion Week 2011 and last but not least the new angolan tv show Superstars!!! I will tell you everything!! Stay Tuned  =)

SUMMER BUNNIES HERE WE COME! TIPS TO BE IN SUPER SHAPE

Hello Dolls!
It´s Spring Season but in a blink of an eye will be in the Summer! So we have to start our bikini workout progam as soon as possible!
I confess that i´ve been so busy that for a while i couldn´t write as often here in the blog but the good thing it help me get more slimmer because i don´t have time to eat.
But you guys know that stop eating is not the solution..the natural way to get slimmer is exercise and eat food in low calories and fat. That´s the solution!
So sexy dolls, the dont´s are:

• No Frieds
• No Sodas
• No Sweet items of Snack Food (Cookies, cupcakes, donuts, etc...)
• No Fast Food!!!!!

Instead take:

• Healthy Food!!!
• Soups
• Lot´s of Water
• Bubble gum sugarfree and plain biscots (help when the body asks for sugar)
• Fruit, Salads and Vegetables

About exercise...i don´t like nothing at all of doing jogging but i love to walk, swim and rollerskating.
It ´s very important to found an exercise that you like to pratice, that way you will workout more often because you are enjoying!!!
To help your workout, music is very important. It gives you strength, energy, motivation and self confidence.
