Finally Home Sweet Home!!! I´ts sad when the vacations are over but it´s so good to be back at our place...specially sleeping at our own bed.

Well now I need to go out of my bed and get ready to get back at work again! But not feeling so sad cause thank God I´m working in Fashion Industry wich I LOVE MORE AND MORE EACH DAY!

My Fashion Obsessions (Chapter 1)

Hi Fashionistas out there!!!
I´ve been camping the past week in the summer festival Sudoeste TMN and it was amazing! I have met new people and discovered new bands and dance while listening songs that I love ... I had a really nice time with these couple who I love so much; Pedro & Madalena.

The thing that I must enjoy when I´m out of Lisbon is seeing new people, new looks and styles, refresh the ideas in fashion for my personal style. This summer my fashion obsessions are these ones:

• MAXI DRESSES

One of the most well-know fashionistas in the world; Olivia Palermo, looks lovely in color blocked hot pink, orange, black, and peach pleated maxi dress from the DKNY Fall 2011 collection.
Olivia choose a satin hot pink clutch by Reiss Maddox, gold bracelets and necklace by Topshop to accessorized her dress.

• BLACK AND WHITE STRIPES

Kourtney Kardashian, to me one of the celebrities most trendy of the moment wearing a large black & white stripes t-shirt. I just love this combination because it´s the mix of the 2 colours that are always in vogue; Black and White. And wearing both at same time or in solo you always look good, ALWAYS!

• BAILARINA (HAIR)STYLE

I adore long hairs but this 60´s look is really a hit. It´s not just chic but fresh and practical. Lauren Conrad, another big style reference to me, was one of the first celebrities fashion icons wearing this hairstyle again.
And because I´m so girly girl, I always love a nice mini-skirt and a white shirt.
One of the trends of this fall/winter it´s all about extremes: very feminine or masculine style, long or short, colour or total white, etc...

• House Music

You guys know how I love music! the genres that I prefer are R&B, Hip-Hop, Dance-hall, Reggae and Pop.
But lately I´m really enjoying House Music. Specially David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia (Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello) and this hot track by Keemo & Tim Royko feat Cosmo Klein - Beautiful Lie-.
Since my teens I go to Ibiza- Formentera and one of the most it places that you really must go when you there is PACHA IBIZA. The famous David Guetta T-shirt "F*** ME I´M FAMOUS it´s the motto of PACHA IBIZA.

By the way the 15th and the 29th of August Sebastian Ingrosso will play @ Pacha Ibiza and Swedish House Mafia play in ibiza too at the USHUAIA the 24th of August.

Viva a Colombia!!! Mi Tierra Querida!!! Love being a Latina!!

Yesterday, July 20 was the celebration in Colombia of The Independence Day. Viva a Colombia!!!
I Love with all my heart  my roots, "mi tierra querida"" and thank God that despite growing up so far away from Colombia, we kept with all the traditions.
I dedicate this post to my Grandfather, General Hernando Currea Cubides, a great and very special person who had a powerfull personality and a heart of gold. My Grandmother, Stella Currea Pombo, one of the most beautiful women in the World, seriously! As soon as she woke up, she does her hair, put her make up, loves fashion and shopping!!! She is always saying that us, ladies we have to be beautiful and perfect for our husbands!
