MODALISBOA #LEGACY #LISBON FASHION WEEK (PART I)

This weekend was the 43th Edition of ModaLisboa.This edition´s theme it was called Legacy and is all about making a tribute to the roots of the Portuguese Fashion.
Este fim de semana foi a 43a edição da ModaLisboa.Esta edição foi chamada de  Legacy (Legado) e trata-se de fazer uma homenagem às raízes da Moda Portuguesa.

• LIDIJA KOLOVRAT (WAVE SPRING/SUMMER 2015)

The ocean, the water...is an element very important of the history of Portugal. So "wave" is the perfect name for giving a tribute to the legacy of the sea. So for this collection, the blue, grey, white&black, very presents. Geometric lines that remind us the rocks and the waves.
O oceano, a água ... é um elemento muito importante da história de Portugal. Assim, "onda" é o nome perfeito para dar um tributo ao legado do mar. Assim, para esta coleção, o azul, cinza, branco e preto, muito presentes. Linhas geométricas que lembram as rochas e as ondas.

• SAYMYNAME (ESCARAVELHOS (BEETLES) SPRING/SUMMER 2015)

Catarina Sequeira, the fashion designer from SAYMYNAME, tells that her collection is inspired in the beetles. In their funny side, their anatomy combined with an hard-rock style very feminine. The key colors of this collection, of the beetles is black & white. (Personally I really like this collection and presented with those color mustard sandals the result is amazing.)

Well Paris Fashion Week has finished but the glamour in Europe never stops.
This week in Italy, Venice, one of the most elegant and handsome bachelors of world...George Clooney, finally settled down and get married .The lucky lady is absolutely beautiful, symbol of elegance and intelligence..a real powerful woman Amal Alamuddin is.
The Bride choose Oscar de la Renta to made the perfect romantic and elegant dress (exactly the way she wanted her wedding were). But although of the magnificent bride dress of Oscar de la Renta, Amal wore another spectacular dress after her civil ceremony from Giambattista Valli dotted with bright flowers.
The groom choose Giorgio Armani, his favorite designer and it were 4 days of wedding celebration with an A-List guests; Matt Damon, Bono, Anna Wintour, Cindy Crawford, Bill Murray and Emily Blunt.
We wish them all the happinnes of the world and so much love.

Bem a Semana da Moda em Paris terminou, mas o glamour na Europa não pára nunca.
Esta semana, em Itália, Veneza, um dos solteiros mais elegantes e bonitos do mundo ... George Clooney, finalmente, estabeleceu-se e casou-se.
A sortuda é absolutamente linda, símbolo de elegância e inteligência..uma verdadeira mulher poderosa Amal Alamuddin é.
A noiva escolheu Oscar de la Renta para o seu perfeito vestido romântico e elegante (exatamente como ela queria que seu casamento fosse). Mas apesar do magnífico vestido de noiva de Oscar de la Renta, Amal usou outro vestido espetacular, depois da cerimônia civil, de Giambattista Valli pontilhada com flores brilhantes.
O noivo escolheu Giorgio Armani, o seu estilista favorito e foram 4 dias de festa de casamento com um lista de convidados VIP ; Matt Damon, Bono, Anna Wintour, Cindy Crawford, Bill Murray e Emily Blunt.

Geralmente nós salvamos o melhor para o final, por isso, neste post vai ver "la crème de la crème" da Paris Fashion Week Primavera-Verão 2015.E prometo fazer um post totalmente dedicado à nova coleção Chanel e Louis Vitton.

• Givenchy

Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci created a fusion of lolita look and dominatrix woman. As I said previously skirts and shorts are the big hit for the next season and this combination of Black & White..we just can´t get enough! And of course Kim Kardashian West in the front row cause her bride dress was made by Givenchy.
