After being the first spanish actress winning an Oscar, now Penélope Cruz is also the first spanish actress who had receveid, yesterday 1st of April of 2011, a star in the Walk of Fame in Hollywood Boulevard.
This is a big deal for the beautiful latin actress who had arrived, for the first time, in Los Angeles in 1994 and barely speak english. Today, she is a professional actress who worked with very important names of the Cinema like Woody Allen, Pedro Almodóvar, Ted Demme, Johnny depp, Tom Cruise, Nicolas Cage, Scarllet Johansson, Salma Hayek and Javier Bardem.
Javier Bardem was present in the ceremony to support his beautiful wife and Johnny Depp was present too to speak a few words of how was the experience to work with Penélope Cruz in the new movie,
Pirates of Caribbean; On Stranger Tides.
